The Poppy Family – Where Evil Grows (stereo)

Issued in Canada April 1971 on London 148. This 1971 classic only reached #22 on the RPM 100, on May 15th, although it went to #2 on CHUM. The original stereo mix is featured here, taken from the LP “Canadian Mint” on K-Tel TC 215. On “The Poppy Family’s Greatest Hits” album, it is mono, so this mix is something of a rarity, never having been officially reissued in digital format.
